Tony G. Mills
An accomplished, results-oriented, strategic thought leader, Tony Mills is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MTAG. With experience and expertise in a variety of industries with best-in-class high-growth companies, public and private. He has extensive corporate and organizational development experience, including numerous mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, divestitures, governance, and capital transactions. Tony has Board of Directors experience and extensive experience in leading, managing, and evolving successful organizations. Although not actively practicing as a lawyer or CPA, Tony’s experience has given him a deep understanding of legal, tax, accounting, finance, mergers & acquisitions, international, and governance issues.
Tony has extensive business and professional services experience with high-growth global companies, public and private, having previously worked in executive leadership positions with well-known companies including PRGX Global, Inc. (previously listed on NASDAQ: “PRGX") and Ryan, LLC. Tony serves as an Advisory Member of the Board of Directors of Aprio. Aprio is the largest independent, full-service CPA-led professional services firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
Tony received his BBA in accounting from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Although inactive, Tony is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Texas, and as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.
