Tony Mills and MTAG will not provide any professional “licensed” services including but not limited to legal, tax, accounting, insurance, valuation, investment banking or business brokerage. In connection with any Transaction Advisory Services, MTAG makes no representations to it's clients concerning the transaction or the parties thereto.
